 Booking and Cancellation Policy

At GulfStar Endurance, we want your offshore fishing adventure to be exciting, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Please review our booking and cancellation policies before confirming your trip to ensure a smooth experience for everyone on board.

Tickets Are Refundable
If your trip is canceled by our office for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less a $25 booking fee. Alternatively, we are happy to issue a credit for future use, or assist you in rescheduling your trip to a later date.

PLEASE NOTE: The GulfStar Office no longer accepts credit cards over the phone.
All new tickets should be purchased from our online platform unless you have a transfer, credit or discount offered

 1. Review Before Booking
Please take a few moments to read and understand our policies before finalizing your reservation. It helps us serve you better and avoids surprises later.

 2. Communication
All changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email so we can properly document and process your request.

 3. Deposit Requirement
For ALL Multi-Day fishing trips, a deposit of 30% of the trip amount (per person) will be charged to your card at the time of booking for all passengers listed on your reservation.

Fishing Trips of 24 hours or LESS, Will Be Charged The Total Amount At The Time Of Booking.

4. Free Reschedule (30+ Days Notice)
You may reschedule or make one (1) change to your reservation at no charge, as long as the request is made 30 days or more before your trip’s departure date.

 5. Changes or Cancellations (LESS THAN 30 Days)
Any changes or cancellations made less than 30 days of departure are subject to a $75 per person fee.

 6. Cancellations Within 7 Days
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of departure, your deposit will be forfeited.

7. Weather or Mechanical Cancellations
If we cancel your trip due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, you may choose to either:
✅ Reschedule your trip for a future date, or
✅ Receive a full refund — no fees or penalties.

8. Weather Decisions
If weather conditions are uncertain, our management team will make the final decision within 12 hours of your scheduled departure.

==>> Travel Tip: If you’re traveling from out of town and your drive time is longer than 12 hours, please call us before leaving to confirm weather conditions.

 
9. Daily Weather Updates
For daily fishing trips, weather decisions will be posted, emailed, and texted by 6:00 AM on the morning of your trip.

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy

At GulfStar Endurance, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and professional offshore fishing experience for every guest. To maintain a comfortable and responsible environment aboard, we enforce the following Alcohol and Tobacco Policy on all trips.

Alcohol Policy
 • Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted for guests 21 years and older, provided it does not interfere with safety, crew operations, or other guests’ enjoyment.
 • Guests are welcome to bring limited quantities of beer or wine for personal consumption. Hard liquor or glass bottles are not permitted on board.
 • Drunken or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the trip or restrict alcohol use if any guest’s behavior poses a safety risk or creates discomfort for others.
 • Guests must keep all alcohol in designated coolers and follow crew instructions regarding storage and disposal.
 • The crew and Captain maintain zero tolerance for underage drinking or any illegal substances.

 Tobacco, Vaping, and Smoking Policy
 • Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas at the discretion of the Captain and crew.
 • Cigarette butts, cigars, or vape cartridges must never be thrown overboard. Dispose of all materials in designated receptacles.
 • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside cabins, bunks, restrooms, or climate-controlled spaces.
 • Chewing tobacco is allowed; however, spitting into the water or deck areas is prohibited. Use appropriate containers provided by the crew.

Zero Tolerance Policy
 • The GulfStar Endurance maintains a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs, intoxication, or aggressive behavior.
 • Any guest violating this policy will forfeit their fare and may be banned from future trips.
 • The Captain’s decision is final in all matters relating to safety, conduct, and compliance.

Each angler is responsible for knowing and following all regulations.
